“My sister takes her dog, Lucy, here. She says everyone is so sweet and caring. Dr. Santiago takes time to discuss your worries. My sister’s dog has an aggressive cancer, and they have been great helping her with meds for her pain and fitting her in for checkups . They referred her to a pet oncologist, but they can’t see her until August, so Dr. Santiago had Lucy come back to make sure she was not in pain and to check her condition.

My sister’s cat had to be put down when we took him there on 2023 and found out he was in the final stages of cancer. The doctor and staff were caring and sympathetic. They sent my sister a card with Cosmo’s paw print. My sister and family were touched by their thoughtfulness.
I highly recommend this place.”

A special mention goes to Dr. Pedro, whose expertise and genuine care make all the difference. He takes the time to explain everything clearly, ensuring that both pets and owners feel at ease. His kindness and dedication are truly remarkable!
They recently performed surgery on my dear Terra, and I couldn’t be more grateful.

“We have been taking our dog to Wintermere Pointe Animal Hospital for six years now. They have always provided excellent care. Fortunately, our dog had previously been healthy so we would only go for yearly visits. Recently, she became very ill and Dr Santiago and team provided the best care for her. He was so thorough and kind to our sweet girl. We are so thankful for Dr Santiago and his whole team for their compassionate care.”
